What people are saying about OMG!

"I think this book is really cute. I like the answers the Children gave about God and the pictures they colored..I have an eight year old nephew and I always find it interesting to hear what he would say. Children are so special I think they are very close to God."

"If you remember that classic Art Linkletter TV show, “Kids Say the Darndest Things”, you’ll love this book. Even if you never saw that TV show, this book is wonderful. People need God, especially as confusing and dangerous as the world is currently. Children remember what they have been told about God and really think about what that means. The younger children have a less complicated version but all the answers are pretty profound. For example, 5-year-old Liam answers, “I think God is a big hug that goes all around the world.” Maverick offers this insight: “God wears a white robe and Dino underpants.” Where does God live? Either in Heaven or inside us. God doesn’t sleep. According to 5-year-old Jordan, “He can make human beans.” He apparently has lots of friends, including the angels. What do they want God to do? Iva wants to be turned into a wolf, while James wants more NERF guns!"

"What the world needs now is love oh love and that is why “OMG! How Children See God,” by Monica Parker is a perfect book to dive into during these turbulent times. It is also the perfect Christmas gift that really captures the spirit of the season. The beauty of children is their innocence, honesty and the unique way they view the world and in this book how they view God. Monica asks children ranging from age 3-12 several questions about God and the answers are just delightful! I found myself sitting in a coffee shop literally laughing out loud!"
